Welcome to Let's Get Sewin' where it's about being creative and having FUN!! I started my school 10 years ago and it has been the Best Job (dare I say job, because it doesn't feel like work) I've ever had! As it has been said “do what you love and it won't feel like work”
I have done sewing work for others as well as different part time work while raising our 4 children. After our family was grown and on their own it was time to focus on a job I truly enjoyed and be my own boss.
Starting my own business as a sewing teacher and seamstress seemed the most logical choice since sewing is my Happy Place! Sew (pardon the pun) in 2010 I opened my studio Let's Get Sewin' and it's been great!
I have had parents take classes with their children either mom or dad and it's so fun to see them working and growing together. It brings me such joy to see families come together and learn such an important skill and craft!
